The tenuta is a family estate that has been in the family for 30 years. In 2006, the tenuta was thoroughly renovated by Catharina Cools together with her partner Brian Redding. Now, mother Catharina Cools and daughter Natasha Fay Redding, who both enjoy basking in the Italian sun, take charge of the tenuta to pamper the guests.
Welcome to Tenuta San Crescenzio. The estate was built in the 18th century and is located near the small village of Magliano in Tuscany, in the heart of the Maremma, on a beautiful hilly location with views of the sea. It can accommodate the entire extended family or multiple families traveling together. Spread across the different rooms of the main building, all decorated in charming Tuscan style, you can enjoy each other's company in the beautiful communal areas. Start the day on the large open terrace with a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet around you with views of the walled Italian village of Magliano in Tuscany while the rest of the group slowly wakes up. While having breakfast, you can plan the activities and excursions for the day. You can swim in the pool, relax on the sun loungers, or explore the olive grove around the house.
