Welcome to Tenuta San Crescenzio, the ultimate destination for lovers of peace, nature, and luxury. Our villa is located in beautiful Tuscany, surrounded by endless olive groves and rolling hills. It is a place where time seems to stand still and where you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation. 

There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating 12 people. Downstairs, there are two living rooms, a grand piano, a kitchen, two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and one bedroom also has a freestanding bathtub. Upstairs, there is another living room and a kitchen surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sea views, views of the medieval village of Magliano in Tuscany with old walls, and views of the Tuscan hills and olive trees. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms with showers, and finally a third separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning except for one. There is also a pool house with a swimming pool, toilet, refrigerator, and two outdoor showers. Outside, there is also a pizza house with an authentic Italian oven, BBQ, playhouse for the children, and a ping pong table.
